Avery's Southern

A multi-use seasoning to add the fragrance and taste of  onion, garlic, peppers, thyme, oregano, sage, cumin, paprika and other spices. 


GREAT WITH: all foods, including salads, pasta, meats, and vegetables.




GG's Caribbean Blackening

A Caribbean influence of paprika, thyme, onion, garlic, brown sugar, peppers, oregano, nutmeg, cumin and mustard.


GREAT WITH:  Designed for blackening fish and fowl especially, and, great with other meats as well.


Bailey's Cajun
